The surface temperature of the mat gets to 40 degrees Fahrenheit above the ambient temperature and works well down to -8 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Simple Controls: One outdoor-safe HeatTrak Power Unit allows you to safely connect a configuration of stair and walkway mats up to 13 amps.
